Shyamal Mandal
AFC Licensed Coach | Bachelor in Physical Education
Shyamal Mandal is an experienced football coach with over 10 years of coaching experience across grassroots, youth, and senior football levels. His strong understanding of player development, discipline, and competitive football has helped shape young talents through structured and professional coaching methods.
He has worked as a coach at Royal Rangers FC across junior to senior categories and previously served as a coach at Goodwill FC in the Delhi A Division. He has also been associated with NEROCA FC, an I-League club, as a Youth Selections Coach in Gurugram, contributing towards identifying and nurturing promising young footballers.
As a former professional footballer, Shyamal played in the 2nd Division League for Fateh Hyderabad FC and represented the University of Delhi in the All India University Games. He has proudly represented the Haryana Senior State Team in the National Games and also participated in Open Field Player Soccer Programs.
Adding to his achievements, he is also a 3-time District Champion in Gurugram, bringing valuable match experience, leadership, and a winning mentality to the academy environment.
Kushant Chauhan
AFC 'B' & 'C' License Coach | AIFF 'D' License | Bachelor In Physical Education
Kushant Chauhan is a former professional footballer and experienced coach with a strong background in competitive football and athlete development. With more than 5 years of coaching experience, he has worked extensively with grassroots, youth, and senior players while focusing on technical growth, discipline, and match intelligence.
During his professional playing career, he represented Delhi State in the Senior National Santosh Trophy multiple times and competed in the I-League for clubs such as Gokulam Kerala FC and Mohammedan SC. His national-level exposure and professional football experience help bring a high-performance environment to the academy.
Apart from football, he has also served as a Physical Education Teacher at MSM School, Delhi Cantt., combining sports education with practical on-field knowledge to guide young athletes in their overall development.
